A couple of months ago a new bar opened up in the San Antonio area. Lowcountry, located on the northern end of the Southtown, is nestled in a quaint two story house just behind Cezar Chavez Pkwy. The San Antonio River Foundation has hosted the annual Rivertini Pour Off for the past eight years, and they are gearing up for the ninth to be held on Thursday,  March 23rd. The event, will take place at the Wyndham Garden Riverwalk on the museum reach, and it is an exciting cocktail throw down featuring 20 of the best bartenders in San Antonio.  Mixologists enter the competition with their own signature cocktails in hopes of winning up to $1000 worth of prizes….
